When Hope & Freedom Renew Our Everyday...
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the quiet beauty found in simple things.
A bird rising into the open sky.
A horizon stretching further than the eye can see.
A moment of stillness that gently reminds us that life is bigger than whatever we may be facing today.
I’ve always been drawn to the beauty that can be found in hope.
There have been seasons in my own life where hope felt distant — where things felt uncertain, unclear, and at times overwhelming.
These pieces come from that place.
Yet, time and time again I have discovered that hope has a quiet way of revealing itself.
The gentle whisper that encourages us to keep going, to keep believing, to keep dreaming.
A patch of open sky.
A bird in flight.
A sense that freedom still exists beyond the horizon.
This is where much of my art begins.
Many of the pieces carry open space, sky, and birds in flight — intentionally minimal, leaving room to breathe.
In a world that can often feel crowded, noisy, and heavy, I want each piece to offer something different — a moment of quiet, a sense of openness, a reminder that the spirit was created to rise.
And, when someone places one of these pieces on their wall, my hope is that it becomes more than artwork. It becomes a daily reminder.

THE
FREEDOM COLLECTION
The Freedom Collection is a series of minimalist pieces, each beginning as a quiet impression — a passing feeling, a memory, or something sensed beneath the surface.
Bird silhouettes often appear within the work, carrying themes of freedom, distance, hope, and the unseen journey we all travel.
Each piece is developed through a blend of photography and digital design, shaped patiently through colour, balance, and composition until it reflects the atmosphere it’s meant to hold.
The palettes are intentionally restrained, allowing space and stillness to remain. In that simplicity, the work can breathe.
What remains is not clutter, but feeling — a moment of movement, meaning, and wonder held in stillness.
Why I'm sharing these prints
As an artist, I can’t think of a better reason to share my work than knowing it might make a difference in someone’s life.
Art can often feel out of reach, and for many people, price becomes the barrier that stops them from living with something that genuinely resonates.

For me, the more homes the work lives in, the more it can be felt — the more conversations it can start, and the more people it can reach.

About Christopher Joseph

Christopher Joseph is an England-based mixed media artist most recognised for his profound and moving minimalistic artwork.
Originally from Cardiff, Wales, it wasn’t until after university that Christopher discovered his love for creating art when he moved to Dublin as a musician. A chance moment during a walk among the Irish hillsides uncovered an eye for photography when he took a few shots with a friend’s camera.
This was soon followed by a solo road trip around southern Iceland which served to crucially begin a journey of exploring various artistic mediums and the eventual discovery of minimalist and abstract expression through mixed media, acrylic and graphite.
This in turn led to exhibitions and his artwork now sits in the homes of people around the world, helping to share the message of the hope and freedom we are all knowingly or unknowingly looking for.
Christopher believes in art for all, not just art for people who can afford the luxury, and looks for opportunities to give his art freely.
His goal is for his artwork to reach as many people as possible, and to be a reminder that beauty can always be found in hope. And that, even in the midst of life’s seasons, our pursuit of freedom — whatever that may look like — is more than a dream, it is a reality worth pursuing.
